Zero to 100 fitness invites the Milwaukee, WI. community to celebrate the grand opening of our new "MMA infused" functional fitness Studio. Zero to 100 Fitness takes pride in being affordable and is dedicated to providing a comfortable atmosphere where individuals and  families can get fit in a controlled environment. We have an extensive youth program, a women's self-defense program and our signature " fighter Fitness" program. Our 2000 sq. foot facility includes an strength and conditioning area that features, kettle bells, dumbbells, resistance bands & other functional training equipment.    No, these are not martial art classes. These are "get in shape fast classes!"



combines real MMA fitness techniques with a variety of intense cardio, flexibility, core, step and plyometric based exercises. Fighter fit also includes strength training designed for adding lean muscle focused on definition and tone using dumbbells, bodyweight & kettle bells. We train to build the metabolism at the fastest rate possible. No two workouts are ever the same and the program is designed for everyone regardless of age, gender, shape or physical fitness

Maybe the best shape of your life. The cardio warm-ups pick up your heart rate and help burn those extra pounds, while pushups, squats, and abdominal work facilitate muscle growth and definition.



Kettlebells! are some of the most powerful tools for improving your fitness and physique. They combined TRX strength training, mobility, flexibility, and cardiovascular bag endurance. As a result, you spend less time working out, yet get extraordinary results. Our unique approach of combining Kettlebell and bodyweight movements makes classes challenging, yet flexible enough for individuals of most fitness levels. Class will focus on joint mobility and stability, muscular strength, cardiovascular endurance, muscular flexibility, total-body range of motion, and injury prevention

Youth MMA Fit

For ages 5-17. Increases youth self-esteem, athleticism and awareness by teaching the basics Martial Arts and striking. We work on building a solid foundation of mixed martial arts. Set to promote self-discipline and goal achievement.

The strength training circuit (battleground) produces a total-body training effect for the development of strength and mobility. (movement drills, free weights and kettlebell exercises works every muscle group with active recovery between stations of exercise


MMA Cardio Strike 101

 MMA Cardio Strike is a group fitness class that combines mixed martial arts techniques with fast-paced cardio. This high-energy workout challenges the beginner and elite athlete alike. Build stamina, improve coordination and flexibility while burning calories as you build lean muscle. This is guaranteed to be fun an challenging workout.

  30 min AB crunch 

     30 minutes devoted to flattening and     

     sculpting the midsection. 


Women's Fit club

This class is a special women only class. Each class is designed to challenge all the muscles in your body. from the abs to the gluteus maximus. Slash fat, boost your energy and get that lean look!

Boxing for fitness 101

Boxing 101 is a boxing class for beginners and we recommend it to all of our new members! Boxing 101 class teaches you your basic boxing stance, basic footwork, and how to throw a punch while also gradually building up your stamina, strength, and endurance. Boxing 101 class is great for the beginner who wants to give the boxing style fitness training a shot training classes.


Open Gym

If our classes don't fit in your schedule, all members have access to open gym every day from open to close. You can create your own work  or try our daily  chalk board workout challenge. From heavy bags to squat racks we have everything you need to get fit at your convenience.

Bokken Sword workout



What it is:

The sword workout, also known as “Bokken,” utilizes a wooden sword and provides a great aerobic and full body workout. Our Bokken class has four main moves, the half cut, full cut, horizontal cut, and thrust lunge. We then combine the Bokken movements with HIIT, plyometric and core exercises.


Build muscle and burn fat


2lb dull Wooden sword(we provide them) weight gloves or hand wraps

*low impact on joints, non-contact(no sword fighting) no experience necessary.
